اعاني من الام في الثدي الايمن وبعد عمل اشعة كانت النتيجة (mastitis with axillary lynphadenitis (birads 3)) ما هو العلاج المناسب ؟؟؟؟؟
زوجي لديه تضخم في غدة لمفاوية أعلى رقبة،التصوير الطبي:enlarged lymphe node with eccentric fatty hilum and echoes partially liqufied lymph node.h,هل هناك شئ خطير.crp:2.1mg/dl
والدي اجري أشعه علي الكبد وكتب فيها metabolically active soft mass tissue seen epicentered in hipatic segment 3 with measuring 7.5*6.5*9.5 with SUVmax 14 هل هذا ورم سرطاني
ماذا يعنى وجود فى التحايل Relative Lymphocytosis (all the mature) و leucopenia with absolute neutropenia
ما معنى تقرير الاشعه على الغده التالى:the right lobe is enlarged being the seat of a 3.5cm cystic lesions with small solid component. color doppler study showd no significant vascularity
صداع بالعين اليسري وقمت بعمل اشاعه علي الجيوب وهذه هي نتيجة الاشاعه normal pneumatization of the sinuses named both frontal maxillary and sphenoidal sinuses as well as ethemoidal air celles on both sides no detected retained fluids no masses ….patent osteo meatal complexes on both sides … intact both orbits extra ocular muscles and optic nerves with no masses …. no bone destruction … mild hypertrophy of the lower nasal concha is seen with mild thickening of the mucosal lining of the nasal cavity … mildly leftward deviated bony nasal septum …. normal visualized parts of the brain ….. impression … findings of allergic rhinitis with deviated nasal
تم عمل رسم عصب نتيجته كالتالي : conclusion examination and motor conduction studies show evidence of a complete left common peroneal neuropathy at the fibular neck there is evidence of degeneration with no regeneration هل يوجد علاج لهذه الحالة ؟

أعاني من ضيق تنفس مستمرعند قيادة السيارة لمسافة طويلة وفي المناسبات مع خفقان شدبد وتعرق ودوخة وإحساس بإنقطاع النفس عندالتحدث بصوت عالي حتى عند شرب الشاهي أو القهوة تتزايد سرعات القلب وأحس بدوخه خفيفه عملت فحص إيكر وطلع عندي ارتخاء بسيط في الصمام على حسب كلام الدكتور والقلب سليم وهاذي نتيجة الفحص Report Normal left ventricular internal dimension with good overall left ventricular – systolic function,EF=60% No segmental wall motion abnormalities detected at rest – Normal mitral E/A ratio – Normal left atrium – Mild anterior leaftet mitral valve prolapse with out mitral regurgitation – Normal aortic valve structure with normal flow – Normal right sided structure with normal flow – Normal pulmonary valve and pulmonary trunk – No intracardiac masses or thrombi – No pericardial effusion – وإلى الان الأعراض اللي ذكرتها مستمرة معاي وتسببلي إحراج شديد حتى أهلي أخفيت عنهم الموضوع والعلاج اللي صرفه لي الدكتور سيبراليكس وكونكور مافادت معاي هل أنا محتاج لتدخل جراحي والأعراض هاذي هل ستزول أم تبقى معي طولة العمر . وعذرا على الإطالة و
اعانى من ضربات متفاوتة فى القلب ممكن ان تدوم طويلا واحيانا تختفى واشعر ان قلبى يرف احيانا مع العلم اعانى من ارتخاء فى الصمام الميترالى مع ارتجاع طفيف وهذة نتيجة الموجات الصوتية من حوالى 4 شهور mitaral valve prolapse with trival MR فهل هذا سبي الخفقان
تم عمل اشعه echo على القلب وكان لي استفسار في النتيجة : Trivial mitral regurgitation- – Mild tricuspid regurgitation with estimated pulmonary artery systolic pressure 32mm HG
